Warranty and Guarantees

At Good Witch Way, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We offer the following warranties and guarantees on our candles:

Quality Guarantee 

We guarantee that all of our candles are made with high-quality materials and are free from defects. If you receive a defective candle, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Burn Time Guarantee

We guarantee that our candles will burn for the amount of time specified on the product label. If your candle does not burn for the specified amount of time, please contact us and we will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Scent Guarantee

We guarantee that our candles will have the scent specified on the product label. If you are not satisfied with the scent of your candle, please contact us and we will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Custom Order Warranty

Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, and thus, do not have any warranty.

Shipping Warranty

We take great care in packaging and shipping our candles to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your candles arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion.
